I stayed for a weekend getaway to unwind, and it was a amazing experience. The hotel's elegant design combines Western and subtle Japanese elements beautifully. The Onsen and spa facilities are pristine and heavenly. The staff impressed me with their friendly service and excellent English communication. Enjoying the cozy lobby in front of the fire was a highlight, and the meals were delicious.

We loved our stay at Indigo! The communal bath experience was fantastic, and the breakfast had a wonderful variety of high-quality dishes. Just a couple of minor issues with dinner reservations and the gym equipment. I'd recommend this place!

The impressive design and comfortable rooms provided a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. We especially loved the spa facilities, which were perfect after a day of exploring nearby landmarks like Kumoba Pond and the Wakita Museum of Art. Despite some initial confusion with the shuttle service and dining options, the amazing food and friendly staff made it all worthwhile.

The staff's hospitality was really good, and the atmosphere was so calm-perfect, just under 3 km away from the hotel, and Yagasaki Park, also a short stroll away, which I loved for its peaceful views and spacious walkways.

The hotel is elegantly designed, with a beautiful spa and amazing views from our Standard Twin Room with a River View. Breakfast was delicious, and having a mini-bar in the room was a nice touch. The blackout shades were perfect for a good night's sleep.
Had a bit of trouble with the coffee maker.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was extremely impressed. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and the beautiful garden. The view from the room was breathtaking, especially when taking a relaxing shower or bath. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room had all the amenities I could ask for, including a minibar and a sitting area. The staff here truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional, with their excellent room service and prompt attention to any requests.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel was perfect for our Xmas vacation! We loved the cozy room with its super comfortable bed. the shower and bath were amazing with a view of the surrounding nature. the location was perfect, nestled in the heart of Karuizawa. the communication with the staff was great and they went above and beyond to make our Xmas special.
Not all treatments were available and there were not many available times.

Although the spa treatments were limited and understaffed, guests can still indulge in a great 1h massage and interact with friendly staff members.
